About this conference

Disrupt is TechCrunch's flagship event and the closest thing the startup world has to an annual centre of gravity, bringing 10,000+ founders, investors and operators to Moscone West. The programme runs 200+ expert-led sessions with 250+ speakers and 300+ exhibiting startups, but the anchor is Startup Battlefield 200, a pitch competition whose winner takes a $100,000 equity-free prize. Much of the practical value is in the exhibition floor and scheduled investor meetings rather than the stage programme — Disrupt functions as a deal-flow event as much as a conference. Founder passes are priced well below investor and corporate tiers. Worth attending if you are actively raising or actively deploying; less so if you want technical depth, which the programme deliberately trades for breadth.
