USConf is an editorial directory of professional conferences and industry events held in the United States. This page explains what the site is — and isn't — so you can use it with the right expectations.
Not professional advice
Nothing on USConf is intended as legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Where a listing mentions a conference on medicine, healthcare, law, finance, construction, or any other regulated field, that means the event exists and covers that subject. It does not mean USConf endorses the clinical, legal, or financial positions presented there, or that readers should act on anything they learn without consulting a qualified professional in their jurisdiction.
Accuracy of listings
We review event information before publishing and update listings when organisers or readers send corrections. Even so:
- Dates, venues, pricing and speaker line-ups are decided by the organiser and can change without notice.
- Events can be postponed, moved online, or cancelled at short notice.
- Always confirm critical details — dates, city, pricing, visa and travel requirements — on the organiser's own website before booking.

No affiliation or endorsement
Listing an event in the directory does not imply that USConf organises, co-hosts, sponsors, or is otherwise affiliated with it. Trademarks, logos and event names referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The directory links out to conference organisers, registration platforms, sponsors and venues. Those sites are independently operated. USConf does not control their content, pricing, or privacy practices and is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your interactions with them. Review the relevant website's terms and privacy policy before providing personal information or making a payment.
Advertising
USConf shows third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to help fund the directory. Ads are labelled and visually separate from editorial listings. Advertisements are selected and served by the ad networks based on their own criteria; USConf does not review or endorse the products, services, or claims made in those ads. Attendance and travel
Decisions about attending any conference — including travel, accommodation, visa paperwork, health precautions, and the value of the ticket itself — are yours to make. USConf has no liability for costs incurred or outcomes resulting from attendance at a listed event.
