About this conference

The 113th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America is the world's largest radiology conference, with roughly 40,000 attendees and 700+ technical exhibitors at McCormick Place. It falls the week before US Thanksgiving in 2027, opening on the Sunday, with technical exhibits closing November 17. The audience is radiologists, radiologic technologists, medical physicists and imaging IT staff, plus every major imaging vendor. CME credit is central to why many attend, and RSNA members register at no charge, which is where the free end of the price range comes from. The technical exhibition is enormous and organised by modality, with AI taking an increasing share of it in recent years. Chicago in late November is cold and downtown hotel demand is heavy.
