About this conference

The AI Engineer World's Fair is the largest conference aimed specifically at AI engineers rather than researchers, run by the AI Engineer / Software 3.0 team at Moscone West in San Francisco. Organisers target over 7,000 AI engineers, founders and VPs of AI across multi-track programming on agents, evals, RAG, infrastructure and applied LLM engineering. Tracks are curated by working practitioners, and the tone is closer to a technical meetup scaled up than to a vendor conference, though model labs and tooling companies are visible throughout. Talks are generally posted publicly after the event, so the case for attending in person is the hallway track, hiring and the expo rather than the recordings. Anyone after peer-reviewed research on model architectures should look at the academic ML conferences instead.
