About this conference
The AHR Expo is the world's largest HVACR marketplace, typically drawing 50,000+ attendees and 1,800+ exhibitors, and it rotates cities annually rather than settling in one venue; 2027 returns it to Chicago's McCormick Place in January. It is co-sponsored by ASHRAE and AHRI, and the ASHRAE Winter Conference runs alongside it — the technical papers, committee meetings and seminars belong to that conference and carry their own paid registration, which is where the upper end of the price range comes from. Exhibit-hall entry itself is free for qualified industry attendees who register in advance. The audience is contractors, engineers, wholesalers, facility and plant staff, and manufacturer product teams; the floor works as a product-launch show for equipment and controls rather than a policy or research gathering.
