About this conference

The Urban Land Institute Spring Meeting gathers real estate developers, investors, planners and public officials, typically drawing 3,000-4,000 attendees for programming on capital markets, development trends and urban land use. It is the smaller of ULI's two annual meetings — the Fall Meeting is the larger — and it moves from city to city, meeting for 2027 in the Summit Building of the Seattle Convention Center. ULI membership changes both the price and the experience: member rates sit well below non-member rates, and the product council sessions that run alongside the public programme are open only to council members. The public-sector and planning presence is heavier than at investor-focused conferences, and locally organised tours of development sites are typically part of the week.
