About this conference

The ULI Fall Meeting is the Urban Land Institute's largest annual gathering, typically drawing 5,000-6,000 real estate and land use professionals for general sessions, product council meetings and networking, held for 2027 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The product councils are the core of it: ongoing member groups that convene in closed sessions during the meeting, so a non-member attending only the public programme sees a smaller event than the headline figure implies. ULI membership also lowers the registration rate materially.
