About this conference

NAR NXT is the National Association of REALTORS' annual conference and expo, combining governance meetings, education sessions and the industry's largest real estate trade expo, typically drawing 10,000-20,000 REALTORS, brokers and proptech companies. The governance side is a genuine part of the week rather than a footnote — associated NAR governance meetings run November 10-15, ahead of and overlapping the main programme, and committee and board business occupies a substantial share of those on site. Registration is inexpensive by industry standards at $150 to $725, since this is a member event and the association carries much of the cost. The expo is broad but diffuse, mixing technology vendors with franchise brands and service providers. For sharper technology and brokerage-strategy programming, Inman Connect is the more focused alternative.
